North Carolina allows referral fees and commission splits between licensed real estate brokers, including those licensed outside the state of North Carolina. If you have a real estate license outside the State of North Carolina, and are interested in referring a client to White Stag Realty for the purchase or sale of property in North Carolina we would be glad to work with you. We offer very competitive commission splits.
Prior to the referral of the client, both managing brokers are required to execute a referral fee agreement. We have a referral document that we use for real estate referrals from out of state real estate brokers.
Commission splits and referral fees are negotiable on a case by case basis, depending on several factors, such as the value of the property being purchased or sold. Any referral fee or commission splits are for a single transaction and do not include possible future business with the same client. In some situations we can offer a referral fee of up to 40%.
