I recently closed on a new home using White Stag realty. I called them and they set me up with one of their realtors, Thomas Haygood. Thomas drove to our home to meet with us, introduce himself, and go over a game plan.  He was a very good fit for my wife and I, ultimately being an honest person that looked out for our best interests during the buying process. As a bonus, he was genuinely funny, personable, and always got a laugh or two out of us whenever we met. Personality aside, every step of the process was made easier because of him. Whether that was him bargaining with the agents representing the sellers or working with our mortgage lender to ensure the approval tasks were taken care of (i.e., appraisals/inspections). On several occasions, during the inspection process, he saved us our personal time by filling in for us when needed. My wife and I were both working Monday through Friday, and he was always willing to stand in for us so we could manage our work schedules. For example, we couldn't be at the inspection for the new home, but he went there for us to ensure he could watch the inspector and then give us an after-summary report. Additionally, post-inspection, he helped us strategize with concessions to ask for, how to get the best outcome, and what to reasonably expect the seller to concede to. Afterwards, we were happy with the results we got from those negotiations. We did find our dream home, and closed on time, and I couldn't recommend another person more so than Thomas. When we closed, he gave us our first house-warming gift himself. We never felt rushed, or not listened too, and never felt that he had any competing agendas or conflicts of interest. He helped us throughout the process and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend White Stag, and Thomas as your realtor.

Tania Wahl was wonderful to work with! She is friendly, calm, and a skilled negotiator, which made a big difference during what could have been a stressful experience. When I initially reached out to Josh from Stag Realty as a seller, it was simply because the 1% commission sounded very attractive. I did, however, expect to receive the bare minimum in return. That assumption couldn’t have been farther from reality! I’ve bought and sold several houses, and Josh was, without a doubt, the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. His attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve experienced, and his knowledge of real estate was incredibly valuable throughout the process.  His responsiveness made me feel like I was his top priority at all times. My texts and calls were always responded to immediately, and I often wondered if his phone was glued to his hand. Josh was my advocate, educator, therapist, and friend all wrapped into one. He is honest, thorough, and has a research-based reason for every piece of advice he provides. With past realtors, I often felt like I needed to be more directive, but with Josh, I was always 100% confident that he knew what he was doing and, most importantly, that every decision was made with my best interests in mind.
